I have been using Yourmobile for the past few years now and I cannot fault the service, nothing is ever too much trouble. When I started using more data Yourmobile contacted me to discuss my options and was able to ensure that I had an increased allowance for a tiny increase in the bill. They have also found me a good deal on a mobile wfi device that I can use in place of expensive broadband and because it’s portable if I am working away I know I will always be connected.
From the first point of contact with the Account Manager to dealing with the customer services team, I couldn’t ask for more.

This is the first time I have written to a company to thank them for the brilliant service they have given me. Rachael my account manager has been great, when I needed a new phone she was able to recommend one that was best for me with a decent storage and with the unlimited data that I needed as I work away from the office 99% of the time. I like the my plan portal as I can see my bills in almost real time this is much better than I had before at my previous network where there was a delay in the app. The whole experience has been excellent and whenever I call the guys at Yourmobile go out of their way to get me sorted.

Everything that Yourmobile have done so far has been faultless, from getting me on a new bespoke contract to paying off my old network to getting me connected, all done quickly and without any issues. I wouldn’t normally sign a 3 year deal but the account manager is going to review the contract at 18 months or I can upgrade at 2 years so better than any direct network company. I like the proactive attitude of Yourmobile and how easy they are to deal with. I’ve used their chat facility on a number of occasions and this works really well for me as I’m not hanging on the end of a phone and this means I can get on with my day while they provide me with the information I have requested.

We have held our account with Yourmobile.com for four years now, we are glad we switched as not only do we have a great signal in 99% of the areas we cover we saved £130 per month on our previous costs. Since then we have renewed our contract and upgraded all of our handsets for a small monthly increase.
If we have any issues at all, we aren’t subjected to long wait times to speak to the customer services team, unlike our previous provider where we often had to wait in excess of 40 minutes just to get through. Now we just call one number to speak to customer services and never wait more than a few minutes to speak to someone. Whatever we have needed Yourmobile.com have been able to help.
