Trainee Sales Executive – £15,000 – £17,500 basic plus uncapped commission.
Monday – Thurs 8.45 am – 5.30 pm Friday 8.45 am to 5.00 pm
No evenings or weekends!

We are looking for Trainee Telesales Executives to join our vibrant and hugely successful Sales Team here at Yourmobile.com. We will work with you to develop your skills to ensure you are confident to sell the services that we have to offer. This role will enable you to earn a good commission on top of your basic salary!

Key skills needed:

• Pro-active attitude towards working to targets
• Evidence of some B2C or F2F sales experience
• Outgoing personality, with strong organisational skills and tenacious nature
• Have enthusiasm and resilience
• Be a team player
• Be proactive and able to manage large numbers of outbound calls.

Here is some information on the role…
As a Trainee, you will be given fantastic training and coaching in order for you to make confident calls that enable the account manager to close the sales you have introduced.
You will be calling business owners/directors/decision-makers to discuss their current situation regarding their mobile phone package and to then promote our services.

Using our bespoke CRM, you will have access to data to call through and start building relationships and keeping the CRM system updated.
Your proactive approach will come in handy, as you will also be expected to new leads, callbacks, and referrals through day-to-day new business activity.
This will also allow you to accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline.
